Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Studio010 ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play Sorting World, a casual puzzle game for Android that contains several sorting and puzzle modes.
Contact: raovikas603@gmail.com
By installing or playing the Game you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please uninstall the Game.
2. Summary
- We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number.
- Your game progress (levels, keys, settings) is stored on your device.
- The Game shows ads through Unity Ads, ironSource (Unity LevelPlay) and Google AdMob. These providers may collect device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads.
- In-app purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
3. Information we handle
3.1 Stored on your device
The Game saves the following in a local file on your device so you can continue playing: levels reached in each mode, the current puzzle in progress, your key balance, daily reward status, sound, music and vibration settings, and purchase flags such as items you already bought. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data removes it.
Reminder notifications
The Game can show up to two reminder notifications a day (for example about the daily reward). They are created on your device and need no account, server or personal data. On Android 13 and newer the Game asks for your permission first. You can turn the reminders off at any time in Settings → Reminders or in your phone's notification settings.
3.2 Collected automatically by third-party SDKs
When ads are shown or purchases are made, our partners may automatically collect information such as:
- Advertising ID (e.g. Google Advertising ID) and, where permitted, other device identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (country or region);
- Device model, operating system and version, language, screen size, battery and network type;
- App version, game events needed for ad delivery (such as ad impressions, clicks, and whether a rewarded ad was completed);
- Diagnostic and crash information related to the SDKs.
We do not give these partners your name, email address or any other directly identifying details, because we do not collect them.
3.3 Purchases
In-app purchases (for example packs of keys) are processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment method and billing information under its own terms. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can deliver the item, and the product identifier and transaction details needed to validate it.
4. How we use information
- To run the Game, save your progress and restore your purchases;
- To show ads, including rewarded ads that give you in-game benefits, and to measure their performance;
- To process and verify in-app purchases;
- To keep the Game stable, secure and free of fraud and abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The Game contains third-party software that has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Unity Ads / Unity LevelPlay | Ad delivery and mediation, ad measurement | unity.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| ironSource | Ad network and mediation (part of Unity) | is.com/privacy-policy |
| Google AdMob | Ad delivery and measurement | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Play Services / Google Play Billing | Game distribution, in-app purchases | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Unity In-App Purchasing | Purchase handling layer on top of Google Play | unity.com/legal/privacy-policy |
These partners may use the information described in section 3.2 to show you ads, including personalised ads based on your interests, to limit how often you see an ad, to measure results and to prevent fraud. Ad networks connected through mediation may also receive this information.
Your ad choices
- Android: open Settings → Privacy → Ads (the path varies by device) to delete your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation. Ads will still be shown, but they will be less relevant.
- In the Game: the first time you open the Game we ask whether you agree to personalised ads. You can choose “Accept” or “Decline” and change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Ads. If you decline, ads are still shown but they are not personalised, and we ask our ad partners not to use your data for interest-based advertising.
- California and other US states: you may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising by turning off ads personalisation as described above.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will help to resolve it. Parents can also limit ads personalisation in their child's device settings.
7. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:
- with the advertising, analytics and payment partners listed above, as described in this policy;
- when required by law, court order or a government request;
- to protect our rights, users and the security of the Game;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the Game, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information until you are told of a change.
8. Data retention
Progress data stays on your device until you delete the Game or its data. Information held by our advertising and payment partners is kept according to their own retention policies. We do not keep a separate user database.
9. International transfers
Our partners operate globally, so information such as your IP address and device identifiers may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, Israel and countries in the European Union. Where required, they rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, Brazil, California or other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because we do not hold personal information that identifies you, most requests can be handled directly on your device (clear the Game's data, reset your advertising ID) or with the ad partners through their privacy controls. For anything else, write to us at the contact address above and we will respond within the time required by law.
11. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information the Game handles. However, no app or network is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new service or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be announced in the Game or on the store page. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the updated policy.
