Privacy Policy

Neon Ball Runner · Last updated: 5 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how studio010 ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile game Neon Ball Runner (the "Game"). By playing the Game you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

The Game has no accounts, sign-in, chat or social features. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts, and we do not collect them ourselves.

Data stored on your device. The Game saves your best score and your settings (such as steering sensitivity, music on/off and vibration on/off) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

Data collected by advertising partners. The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. When ads are loaded and shown, Google and its partners may automatically collect and use information such as:

We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you, and we do not sell it.

2. How the information is used

3. Advertising

The Game contains three kinds of ads: banner ads, interstitial (full-screen) ads shown between runs, and rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch to continue a run. Ads may be personalised based on your interests. You can control this at any time:

Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland). If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent when you first open it, using Google's User Messaging Platform, before any ads are requested. You can choose to consent, manage your options, or decline. You can change your choice at any time with the privacy button (a shield icon) on the start screen and the pause screen. If you do not consent, ads may still be shown but will not be personalised, or may not be shown, depending on your choice and the law that applies to you.

For details on how Google handles data, see Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with Google (AdMob) and its advertising partners as described above, and with authorities if required by law.

5. Third-party services

The Game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read:

6. Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will help resolve it.

7. Data retention and deletion

We do not hold personal data on our servers. Locally stored scores and settings can be deleted by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it. Data held by Google is governed by Google's policies and controls available in your Google Account.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information the Game handles. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to opt out of personalised advertising. Because we do not hold identifiable data, most of these choices are managed through your device and Google account settings described above. You can also contact us with any request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at raovikas603@gmail.com.
