Effective date: 10 October 2026 · Version 0.1.0

Gully Kings (“the game”, “we”, “us”) is a casual board game for Android published by Studio010. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

3. Information stored on your device

The game saves the following only on your device, to make the game work. We do not receive or see it:

This data is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its storage in your Android settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game displays banner, interstitial (full-screen) and rewarded (optional, watch-to-earn) ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and Google may collect and use:

This information is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. More about how Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Ads are shown only on the main menu (banner), after some finished matches (full-screen), and when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. We never show ads in the middle of your turn.

5. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. We do not run our own analytics or tracking in this version, and the game does not use social login.

6. Children

Gully Kings is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us at the email above and we will help.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it ourselves. The only third party that receives device information through the game is Google (AdMob), as described in section 4.

8. Data retention and deletion

Data kept on your device stays until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Because we do not hold your personal data on our own servers, we have nothing to delete on our side. For data held by Google for advertising, please use Google’s tools at myaccount.google.com.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK, or privacy laws in some US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Since we do not keep personal data about you, most of these rights are exercised with Google for the advertising data described above. You can also contact us at raovikas603@gmail.com with any request or question.

10. Security

Information saved by the game stays on your device and is protected by Android’s app sandboxing. No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure, but we only keep what the game needs to run.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game grows (for example if we add accounts, online play or purchases in a future version). We will post the updated policy at this page and change the effective date above. Where the law requires, we will ask for your consent again.
